SIMPLE LEMON FISH FILLETS
1 lb firm fish fillets 1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup chopped parsley 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1/2 cup buttery flavored cracker crumbs 1/2 teaspoon paprika
In 12 x 8 x 2in.dish, arrange fillets with thickest areas to outside edges of dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
In 1-quart casserole, place butter. Microwave at high (10) 1 to 2 minutes, until melted. Blend in parsley and lemon juice and pour over fish. Top with crumbs, then sprinkle on paprika. Microwave at high (10) 8 to 10 minutes.

1 kg. Pork spareribs, cut up 1 pc. medium onion, chopped 1 pouch (200 g.) tomato sauce 3 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. lemon / calamansi juice 1/4 cup prepared mustard 3 tbsp sweet chili sauce 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1 stalk leek, sliced
Here's How:
1. Preheat oven at 375*F. Season pork spareribs with 1/4 tsp. iodized fine salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper.
2. Mix all ingredients except pork. Shake in a covered jar to blend well. Pour into meat and marinate for 1 hour. Transfer into baking dish. Bake for 45 mins. Turn once. Bake for another 20 mins. Garnish with sauteed vegetables if desired
