You Should Be ASHAMED

I have ZERO compassion for people who EAT TOO MUCH! Take a look at the photo to your right. This child is lucky if she will live to the end of the year. If you are overweight and eat enough for 10 children THINK ABOUT HOW Lucky you are to have TOO MUCH FOOD.


Did YOU Eat Too Much Today? This Starving Child Ate Garbage While You ATE TOO MUCH!

I am so sick and tired of hearing about people who are overweight, lazy and just eat too much food.

I was talking to a doctor friend of mine the other day and he told me " Over 80% of the Hospitals Patients Could be cured if they would just stop EATING TOO MUCH AND EATING THE WRONG THINGS." If these people would just do what you suggest John, we would be out of business!"

For years I have been telling people to switch to a plant based Diet. No Red Meat, No Dairy and to eliminate all artificial foods and beverages from their diet. If they would do this their bodies would heal themselves and their bodies would automatically go to its ideal weight.

But of course MOST people DO NOT LISTEN TO ONE WORD I SAY! They like to overeat, they eat crap, they eat like pigs. They whine and cry over how they are ADDICTED to food and just can not stop. Well, you know what? I am sick of hearing this. I am tired of trying to help people who are really not interested in helping themself.

They come into my gym and whine and moan about how hard it is. Then on their way home they stop by McDonalds and eat 3,000 calories of CRAP! Makes no sense to me.

SO I HAVE A NEW RULE FOR POTENTIAL MEMBERS OF MY PRIVATE GYM;

#1. If you want to train here, You have to sign a contract that makes you accountable for your actions.

#2. You need to keep a daily food Journal

#3. You need to stop making excuses

#4. Get on a plant based diet of fruits, Vegetables, Beans and Nuts.

#5. Donate my suggested Training fees to our favorite charity

If you are not willing to do this then you are OUT! And you are Not WELCOME HERE, too bad.


I Only want people using my gym that I feel are hard workers and really take their training serious.  And this club is open ONLY TO THOSE that SHOW UP ON TIME, WORK HARD and STAY MOTIVATED will be invited to join. 

Do you think you can give up some of your excesses? Can you take a small portion of your extra food and donate it to help us help others? You can donate other things besides money. We need Good Quality Used Clothes, Dried Foods, Shoes, Over The Counter Medications, toys and books.

We have a garage Full of Boxes ready To ship In Mid Febuary. If you Become a hardworking member of our gym you can help us help others. Many who do not have enough to eat, very little to wear and medical problems.

If you do not like these RULES PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IN APPLYING FOR MEMBERSHIP.
