All workouts consist of a significant cardio program I designed for my boxers that I train with in the Philippines every year. We use the Heavy bag, double end bag, maize bags, medicine balls, resistance stretching, speed bag, and Lots of running, jump rope work, body weight exercises - old school stuff and plyometrics such as sprints, vertical and horizontal hops and jumps, these develop improved start speeds, striking speeds, peak endurance, acceleration, change of direction, Push ups, pull ups, dips, Most people can not take it. They think they have worked out hard at the gym or in their chosen sport at school. My clients start out JUMP ROPE WORK with 100 jumps per minute for a three minute count. THen by the end of the first couple weeks you are up to 1,500 or more. This is your warm-up AND Then the workout starts! You will never make it unless you clean up your diet. That means No soda pop, no coffee, no booze, no pizza, burgers & fries, most meats are out. It is up to you of course to continue to eat junk but if you do not clean up the diet you will only be like everyone else. This is hard work. Most people usually puke the first time they come here!
I require a waiver and release statement to be signed by you because there is potential for injury such as sprains, slips, falls. Just the nature of the business. additionally I require a pre qualification survery be completed and an initial 1-1/2 hour consultation. This is where I will test your skills and abilities and talk to you about your goals and expectations. I charge a Fee for this consultation to eliminate the people who like to waste my time and weed out the non-serious.
If you want to continue after the consultation And I think you can handle the program we will talk about my fee. It is based on your income to make it fair for all those interested.
Simply stated: I charge millionaires more than I charge students earning min. wage.
