STILL FAT?

Sure I would love to look like Brad Pitt. But there is no way in the world that is going to happen. No amount of exercise, dieting, or even drastic actions like plastic surgery is going to change the body I was given to look like Brad Pitt! You have to accept the body you have and then do what nature allows to achieve the best you can be.
Just like a machine that requires specific maintenance and a detailed owners manual. We also need an owners manual. Each manmade machine has specific requirements and specifications to function at peak performance. For example: An Italian sports car that cost hundreds of thousands of dollars would not operate at peak efficiency if you put just any type of fuel and oil in the engine. You also would not have your local mechanic from the GM garage touch this car, NO WAY!
You have to treat your body EXACTLY the same way by following a specific maintenance plan and owners manual that is customized for YOU and no one else. Without this specific plan you are not going to achieve ultimate results that work ONLY FOR YOU!
Another thing that is being preached today is you have to JOIN A GYM AND WORKOUT. I disagree 100%. If your goal is to lose weight and obtain your ideal body You do not need to lift weights or run for miles, or even join a gym. In fact you do not need to exercise at all! After you feel better and begin to lose weight you may want to do these things but there is absolutely NO REQUIREMENT TO EXERCISE IF YOUR GOAL IS TO LOSE WEIGHT!
I have seen hundreds of people start a fitness/exercise program and after several months they have the same exact body or worse!
